PRO-SHAFT®
CHEVROLET SB2-2 NASCAR
|
IN-LINE Machined from
Miller's exclusive, ALCOA 7150-T7 Billet Extrusion (33% stronger than
7075); the grain runs length-wise, adding 6x fatigue resistance over
conventional "cross-grain" SILHOUETTE extrusions used by
other "top" rocker arm manufacturers.
This is the ultimate in
STAND Mounted aluminum roller rocker arms for the Chevrolet SB2-2. The MILLER MID-LIFT STAND Mount rockers utilize
.625" Dia. 8620 Steel shafts; full compliment
Torrington bearings, the exclusive Torrington Needle THRUST Bearings,
first introduced by Miller on the BOSS 429 system in 1983, is found
only on Miller designed rocker systems; and Jim Miller's original DUAL-RIB Support
Beam. Like all MEI rocker arms, the Patent Pending G-Plane™ rocker body
serves as a Measuring face for direct
reference to the valve spring retainer, establishing the ultimate precision
for INSTALLED
geometry.

The PRO-SHAFT®
C6 Series NASCAR rocker arms for the Chevrolet SB2-2 will
outperform any existing aluminum roller rocker arm for NASCAR's Winston
Cup, or any other class requiring use of Chevrolet's SB2-2 cylinder
head, when used with the appropriate cam that's designed to optimize
MID-LIFT geometry.
As with all PRO-SHAFT®
(and PRO-STUD™) systems, the rocker bodies employ Alcoa 7150-T7, the
same alloy used in Boeing's "777", and incorporate the Patent Pending
(#4) G-Plane™ rocker face for establishing precise Installed
Geometry with the Valve. The traditional Miller
I-Beam
rocker body with Twin-Rib beam is utilized to make this the strongest,
lightest, and most rigid, lowest moment of inertia aluminum roller tip
rocker arm money can buy. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
